After 26 years of electronics repairs, technical support, and customer service with four different companies, the operator of this business decided to work on his own in order to provide a better service for his community.

Most computer and electronics servicing companies are driven by profit and time constraints; thus, they cannot expend the necessary time and resources to do superior, quality work. This business, on the other hand, expends the necessary time to complete perfect and superior services because it's small and can control its own time & resources.

The operator of this business is backed with extensive formal education which includes several technical certificates and two engineering degrees.
