Whatโs your warranty policy?
If the problem repeats within 60 days of service, we'll attempt to repair again at no extra charge or return all labor costs to the customer. Any parts used can be returned within 30 days as long as they're in the original condition.
How far can you travel for service?
We provide services within a 12 mile radius from Lakewood city, in order to maintain a fast service response.
Can you provide technical support on the phone or via email?
Of course! We are available to answer your technical questions promptly and can also setup screen-sharing to resolve your computer issues remotely.
When are you available to resolve emergency problems?
We are available daily, 7 days a week, for emergency services, with a 2-hour response time in most cases.
